50% in advance, and 50% at depoist by T/T, Paypal, Western Union.

1.Before the order, may I get the sample ? 

We can provide our available samples to you for free. And you just need tell us your express account. 

But if you need do the sample as your design,then you need pay the sample charge(Such as the die cutting charge ,dyeing charge ,print plate charge.)

Tips: A better way here ,if you confirm the order ,and arrange the payment .The all sample charge will be free.

2.Can you do the product as our design ? 

We are both a trading company and a factory.

We can do the size/shape/color/logo printed as your request .

3.What kind of files do you accept for printing?

PDF or Adobe IIlustrator.

4.Can I get any discount?

The price is negotiable, we can offer you discount according to your order quantity

5.How about the payment terms?
Usually 30% deposit,the balance should be paid before shipment.
