5 , the test process

(1) Three samples of 8 cm × 20 cm and 100 mm × 63 mm were cut from the surface of the sample to form three sets of samples. Do not touch the test surface of the specimen with your hands during the cutting process.

(2) Take a piece of 8 cm × 20 cm sample, the inner surface of the sample is upward and fixed on the horizontal test bench. Take a piece of 100 mm × 63 mm , the inner surface of the sample is exposed (that is, the outer surface is in direct contact with the slider ) , and it is fixed on the slider. During the process of fixing the specimen, the test surface of the specimen shall not be touched by hand.

(3) Place the slider without impact on the specimen on the horizontal test bench to ensure that the test system of the equipment is not affected, and the test direction of the specimen is parallel to the moving direction of the slider.

(4) Set the parameter information such as test speed and test stroke. Click the test option and the test starts. After the two samples are still for 15 s , the relative motion starts.

(5) The equipment automatically records the change of the force value during the test, and calculates the static friction coefficient and the dynamic friction coefficient of the sample.

(6) Repeat (2) ~ (5) until the test of the three groups of samples is completed.

6 , test results
